The Typographic Grid

This volume presents a collection of around two dozen of the author's typographic works—books, brochures, and art catalogs. These works, documented in schematic drawings and numerous individual illustrations, are not intended to be a recipe, but rather to provide the user with inspiration for initiating their own design processes.

The versatility of designing with grid systems is presented in a simple and understandable way. The theoretical appendix also explains the fundamentals of grid design. This book is both a source of inspiration and a textbook, and an essential reference for anyone who works with type.
